Totally Professional Support

Sonia Caprari Dabbs
Executive PA/Virtual Assistant & Social Media Mogul!

About Me

I have since realised that “Everybody needs a Sonia!“

I’ve spent 20 plus years working as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, IT Training/Support and Customer Service Manager.

I’ve worked on some large projects and trained and supported hundreds of people but now five years after becoming self-employed I can confidently say that working on my own and running my own mini-empire was the best thing that I could have done. Totally Professional Support was born from all the knowledge and experience that I have acquired over the years working for different companies and very unique individuals.

Totally Professional Support works hard to provide a full range of services from formatting and organising a spreadsheet or document to content creation and research for social media pages.

What can Totally Professional Support do for you?

Email Marketing

Mailchimp is great for sending out newsletters! I can organise large lists by segmenting and tagging, setup a template and create a newsletter engaging your audience with key content and special offers.

Administrative Tasks

Email gatekeeper – managing, answering and filtering emails plus unsubscribing from endless marketing, diary scheduling, booking travel, organising spreadsheets and formatting documents, creating pdf forms….

Personal Tasks onsite

If you are local to me then I can come to you and work from your home opening the post, organising your filing, managing your diary, paying bills, purchasing gifts, organising private events……

Social Media Management

consistency is key so I can research engaging posts, schedule and post to a social media plan and engage your audience. Create branded content, monitor your competitors and analyse data. Boost posts, upload video and create ad campaigns.

Customer Service

Where do your clients go to find out information or address concerns? How many times have I emailed an info@, contactus@ customerservice@ and actually received no response? It says a lot to me when no one answers!
